Work Trends

Work Trends is a new publication from the Future of Work team looking at the big picture trends in New Zealand's labour market. It's written to inform people about how work and employment is changing. It presents and analyses a wide range of data and information grouped around the main Future of Work areas.

Work Trends is intended to sit alongside other Department of Labour publications, like workINSIGHT by providing context for people's more immediate decisions on work.

The Future of Work team has targeted Work Trends primarily at the people who work with employees, students, employers or families.
